Among the multifaceted crises we are experiencing, the one concerning the deterioration of our relationships presents worrying symptoms that personal development and positive parenting have become part of a liberal logic that associates “caring” with “personal gain”. With its words addressed to parents to inform them of the importance of fostering early bonds with their child by enshrining cultural and artistic awakening within the parent–child bond, the National Strategy for Cultural Health offers new health benchmarks, with a view to restoring the subject’s freedom to be and to think.
