What are the objects of Christianity referring to, for those who worship them and for those who, through them, caricature the entities of this worship? To answer this question, this article considers how the members of the Femen group base their claims on the controversial parody and on the diversion of resources of Christianity. The challenge is then to describe how Femen, through the use of a scenography that is transposed and adapted from Christian ritual, enlist the images of their enemies in order to convey their own message.
