The development of e-Governement brings together a wide range of diverse initiatives targeting government officials, citizens, and organizations. This agenda is at the crossroads of advances in digitalisation, increase in connectivity and State reform. This article addresses both the history of the Internet and that of public administration, in order to illustrate how their respective domains have been reshaped.
