The interview retraces the emergence and the vision of the ChangeNOW Summit as seen by one of its cofounders. It describes how the editions of the event have evolved, as well as the way in which gender relations are reinvented in opposition to classic gender relations in business. Rose-May Lucotte suggests that the transition toward a sustainable world where companies develop their activities while respecting the planet goes hand in glove with an emancipating vision of gender equality.
