Through the analysis of the intermediation mechanism of umbrella companies, this article examines the way in which these third-party employers can take on a training role through incentivization and advisory work that disseminates a certain perception of economic and labor relations. By combining interviews and participant observation, the article proposes an ethnography of these spaces where professional skills are replaced by behavioral skills participating in a deconflictualization of labor relations.
