Generalist, multidisciplinary, and in line with management science’s original knowledge aim (to explain, but also to prescribe), the Revue française de gestion is the leading French-language journal in the field of management. It seeks to provide a space for practitioners and researchers to share, discuss, and submit to criticism their reflections and research on business and the disciplines of management, but also to reach a wide audience of managers who wish to keep up to date with the development of management science and with management techniques.
The Revue française de gestion considers management to be a part of every sector of the economy and the world: both the public and private spheres, large and small businesses, the commercial sector and the social economy, and organizations in developed and underdeveloped countries. This way of conceiving management applies as much to the directly economic disciplines as to the human aspects of business.
If you would like to submit an article to the Revue française de gestion, please adhere to the submission guidelines below and upload your proposed article onto the platform on the journal’s website, at http://lavoisier.fontismedia.com/rfg/.
If your article does not adhere exactly to the guidelines, it is likely to be returned, and you will need to make the necessary amendments before it can be submitted to the reading committee.
Every article submitted to the Revue française de gestion is blind reviewed by at least two members of the reading committee with the appropriate knowledge. Their findings help the editorial board to make a final decision, which will be relayed back to you.
Articles uploaded to the platform must be anonymized. Aside from in exceptional cases, they should be no longer than twenty pages (or 30,000 characters in total, not including spaces). They should feature a bibliography at the end, maximum one page or 1,500 characters, not including spaces, and an abstract of a maximum of 500 characters, not including spaces. Both the abstract and title should be provided in French and English.
