Within the framework of the Forum Futuribles is devoting to the Covid-19 crisis and its impact, various experts have been invited to react and share their thoughts on the current situation ‘in the thick of the crisis’, as it were. In this article Dominique Bourg and Sophie Swaton, longstanding proponents of ecological transition, present an agenda for action which they had begun to develop, as part of a collective, before the crisis occurred, but which has now become all the more urgent. Calling for a ‘Return to Earth’, the manifesto they are publishing in June, a week before this issue appears, formulates 35 concrete proposals for setting our economies, societies and institutions on a planet-friendly path of transition.
