The aim of this article is to question the reactivation of the prohibition of incest in specific family configurations, based on two clinical cases. Author’s analysis focuses on the way each member of the family, daughter, father and mother, takes his position. They study the organization of the different links, biological, psychic, legal, involved in the allocation of the genealogical places.
