Transmission appears here as a device or technique to be reinvented. With her project “Timescapes,” Angela Melitopoulos shakes up all the classical devices of production of the image, and crystallizes, within the Diaspora movements, a dissenting micropolitics in which hierarchical and univocal observation turns into permanent group negotiation. Thus a project emerges which is governed by discontinuous geopolitical and identity coordinates, in which technical cooperation enables, not totalization but the event of the encounter of minority subjectivities: from a monolithic Universe to a mosaic Universe.
