Psychosis and autism are at the heart of institutional psychotherapy. Classically in this context, mediations were used as activities without healing potential. In this article we will see how, within the framework of an institutional organization for children, the articulation between the spaces of mediated therapeutic groups and other institutional spaces is organized: interstices, institutional and clinical meetings to think about transfers, chains of transfer, and an articulation of the transferential constellation. From there, the linking process can operate with the effect of relaunching the subjectivation process.
