Hitler’s fantastic ideas on the devilish role of the Jew in world history as master of Western Capitalism and Asiatic Bolshevism were probably impressed on him during the revolutionary weeks of spring 1919 in Munich and never left his mind afterwards until his death. That they could eventually be put into practice was due to the partnership of three mainstreams of German antisemitism, viz. rowdies fot physical action, conservatives for more or less reluctant complicity, and the super-elite of SS academics for « scientific » legitimation and mass execution.
