This article establishes the limits of the main instruments and scenarios that guide CSR in regard to the human rights on the analysis of their concept and this CSR as well as obligations imposed by international law accepted for the majority of States in Europe and Latin America. It specifically concludes that these instruments and scenarios have a restricted view because they’re not understand human rights as universal, indivisible and interdependent and considering her respect and remedy as an act of CSR and non-mandatory.
