The arrival in the VSC of an external natural buyer is often experienced by the employees as an interruption, an important organizational change. It is a destabilizing and equivocal episode leading individuals to venture into a process of exploring and redefining reality. This research focuses on the reviewer of the post-takeover management stage, third and last period of the takeover process, based on interactions between actors. Established on the basis of a multiple case study, our conclusions showed a process of construction of meaning progressively shaped by all of the protagonists.
