Through a press review and its textual analysis by the Iramuteq software, this article proposes an updated and problematized panorama of cooperative societies of collective interest (SCICs) in the agricultural sector. The authors show how, thanks to multi-partnership and a territorial anchoring, SCICs respond to emerging agricultural issues. The analysis carried out on the press review makes it possible to update four contemporary stakes of the sector to which SCICs appear to provide innovations. The following have been identified: diversification of the agricultural sector toward renewable energies; the transition of value chains toward organic agriculture and short local circuits; the affirmation of democratic governance of producer groups; access to agricultural land as well as strategies for the installation of new generations and new farmers.
