My goal is to dispel the opposition between social economy and solidarity economy. Indeed, I argue that the social economy and solidarity economy are two different fields of research (part one). Yet understanding these differences allows us to highlight a diversity that is underestimated by the theoretical approaches of the united economy. Their interest is to offer paths to renewing the study of economics. This is, in any case, the thesis that I will endeavor to pursue by proposing, for illustrative purposes, the neologism of “deliberalisme” (part two).
