Since its creation, Association SeRViR-Alumni de l’ENA et de l’INSP has published a periodic review intended to inform the thinking of public and private decision-makers. It addresses various social issues with the help of personalities from various backgrounds through a file and news articles on major institutional and social changes.
This magazine is the result of the voluntary work of former ENA (école nationale d’administration) and INSP (Institut national du service public) students who keep it alive.
