Description
Dialogue, a journal for exchanges between clinical researchers, psychoanalysts, psychologists, and sociologists, focuses on the functioning and transformations of the couple and the family. Each issue aims to contribute to the work of professionals, students, and researchers who seek to examine these processes and evolutions, evaluate them, and grasp their foundation and their functions.
Being open to a variety of approaches from the humanities (sociology, anthropology, and psychoanalysis, among others) allows for an understanding of the more and less obvious constants and changes in the bonds of family and couples as well as those that operate at the unconscious, individual, and group level of their organization in terms of reality, imagination, and fantasy.
Dialogue welcomes international perspectives and sees itself as an interface between researchers, students, and practitioners in the domain of mental healthcare and, more generally, of the support that couples and families can receive in their many configurations and evolutions.
