Regards Croisés sur l’Economie brings together twice a year, the best French and international specialists to examine a unique theme at the heart of current economic, political, social, and international issues: taxation, health, education, housing, migration, etc. Our approach is scientific and democratic, and we hope to provide the keys to intelligently nourish public debate and thus liberate it from ideological passion.
Description
Objectives
Our objective is to bridge the gap between the academic world and public debate. We turn to the best experts on economic and social issues and give them the opportunity to publish the results of their most recent work and provide their recommendations for public policy. The goal is to give our readers the keys to understand major contemporary issues and form an enlightened personal opinion about them. That is why we seek different points of view, different methodological perspectives, and different disciplines.
Editorial Policy
We take great care in calling on preeminent international researchers who are committed to transmitting the findings of their work in language everyone can understand.
With the aim to democratize knowledge, we require authors to take a highly pedagogical approach. We also make a point of calling on experts from different disciplines (sociologists, historians, geographers, demographers, etc.) in order to guarantee our journal’s multidisciplinarity.
