Description
Retraite et Société was created by the Caisse nationale d'assurance vieillesse (Cnav) in 1992 with the aim of providing a forum for reflection together with analyses of issues related to retirement and ageing.
The journal is independent and scientific (with an editorial board). It accepts papers on subjects from a number of disciplines (sociology, economics, demography, law, anthropology, etc.) that relate to ageing workers, the transition to retirement and growing old. The richness of the studies and depth of analyses provide a unique source of information that is relevant for professionals working in the field of pensions and retirement, as well as researchers and journalists. Through this approach, the aim of the journal is to present thematic studies that contribute to an understanding of issues relating to ageing at both national and international levels.
