English
Our period of profound transformation in family and educational relations sees some instances of socialisation in the young child assume growing importance, in the media, childcare methods and with peers. The parentalism inherent in contemporary parenthood patterns tends to mask the importance of this shared function in co-education of children. However, such co-education constitutes even more deeply a co-socialisation that warrants a better understanding in order to answer to the stated objectives of the democracy of empowerment and individual self-realisation.
